A small bedroom can be as beautiful, tasteful and functional as a larger one and at the same time give you the necessary sense of relaxation to feel comfortable and convenient in it.

Usually the most common problem we encounter in a small bedroom is that the available storage space almost never seems to be enough and the truth is that in most cases it really is not.

For this reason you must take advantage of every corner of the room and in a spirit of practicality to achieve the best possible. For example, in the empty space under the bed you can place large baskets for your clothes. There may be shelves along the walls and do not hesitate to take advantage of the space behind the door and the closet leaves with small hangers.

Also during the architectural design of the room, since it is known from the beginning that there will be a problem of space, it would be good to anticipate the creation of built-in furniture such as the closet, the chest of drawers and even the shelves. This way you can have as much storage space as you want hidden in your walls leaving the rest of the room free.

In general, however, it is best to avoid very large and bulky furniture such as a huge king size bed that will "clog the space, while a metal bed would be more appropriate which are usually more delicate and elegant. At the same time, a smart solution would be to place a small desk next to the bed, which will serve as a place to read or write, but also as a nightstand where you can place a lamp.
